Why did my payment not go through?

Additionally, check if there are any issues with your card or account, such as expiration or restrictions. 

Why can’t I access the membership that I have paid for?

Payments process almost instantly, but sometimes there can be a lag between the payment and registration. If you are having issues logging in, please wait 24 hours for your payment to process and try to login to your account again. If the problem persists, contact our support team for further assistance. 

Why am I not able to access certain content? 

If you’re unable to access certain content, please verify that your desired membership is active.  Some content may be restricted based on your membership level. If you believe you should have access but are still experiencing issues, please reach out to our support team for help.

Why am I not able to login to the site? 

If you’re having trouble logging in, double-check that you are using the correct username and password. Ensure that the Caps Lock key is off and that you’re entering the credentials exactly as registered. If you continue to experience difficulties, try resetting your password. If the problem persists, contact our support team for assistance.

Why am I not getting a password reset email? 

If you’re not receiving the password reset email, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered incorrectly. Also, verify that you entered the correct email address associated with your account. If you still don’t receive the email after checking these, please contact our support team, and we’ll assist you in resetting your password manually.
